We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were so attentive and caring, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The small details really made a difference, like the surprise facial added on to our massage and the complimentary drinks upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with a variety of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and took a dip in the heated swimming pool. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
There's really nothing negative to say about this hotel. We had such a great time here and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Located on a street filled with cafes, this hotel is walking distance to both the historic center and Chapultepec. the restaurant nearby offers a delicious brunch and great drinks. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathtub and comfortable bedding. the pool was heated and open until late, a perfect addition to a relaxing stay.
Although the morning coffee could have been better, it didn't take away from the overall great experience at this hotel.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the breakfast options were fantastic - a mix of local cuisine and classic cafeteria-style food. We also appreciated the high ceilings in the room and the stylish interior. the hotel's pool was quite nice too. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby area.
Our room didn't have any windows, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed a comfortable and spacious room with excellent amenities that included a nice bathtub/shower and a big and very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and attractions. We loved the level of service provided by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome and pampered.
We found the room service to end quite early, which was limiting, and the noise level from the nearby restaurant was a bit too loud early in the morning. the price for our stay was on the higher side, which would have presented an issue if it weren't worth it.

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, staff friendliness, and great parking and transportation services. The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and well-maintained. The hotel location was also convenient as it was close to a restaurant where I had a nice brunch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience, including offering shiatsu massages, and providing tea or coffee day and night.
Nothing to dislike.

During my stay at Gala Hotel Boutique, I was blown away by the attention to detail and personalized touches. From the surprise complimentary facial and massage add-ons to the comfortable bedding and mattress, every aspect of my experience was impeccable. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and vegan stalls. The staff, especially David and Lissi, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The shiatsu massages were incredibly relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. The option to have coffee or tea, day and night, was a delightful touch. Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a small toilet area and slightly loud music in the restaurant, they didn't detract from the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Gala Hotel Boutique for an exceptional stay.
